Fishtail Hostel Phuket - Karon

The hostel's location was surprisingly convenient, just a stone's throw away from Starbucks Kata Beach. I never had to worry about caffeine cravings being too far away! The rooms, though simple, were equipped with air conditioning that made them super cozy. And let's not forget the shared lounge - it felt like a home away from home, with fellow travelers sharing tales and laughter late into the night.

Such a lovely and cute hostel! The location was amazing, literally a 1-minute walk from the beach, with lots of nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and shops. The hostel was bright and clean, with a nice communal area. The 4 toilets were all clean and in good condition. Bed and sheets were fresh and super comfortable! The owner was really friendly and nice too. Wi-fi, off-site car park, shared kitchen, air conditioning, outdoor dining area, leisure/TV room.

The location of this place is perfect! It is right in front of a beautiful, clean, and calm beach. the hostel is situated next to convenience stores, travel tour guide stores, and plenty of other shops. There are many restaurants and night markets within a minute walk, as well as local vendors selling street food. the view from the hostel's window is spectacular, definitely worth recommending!

One of the shower drains clogged up, leaving a pool of water after showering. However, there are other showers available, so it was easy to avoid the problematic one.

It is surrounded by a variety of dining options, shops, and places to book tours. the hostel itself offers welcoming hospitality and a small and cozy atmosphere with spacious and clean rooms. the beds have privacy curtains and large lockers to store belongings, and the showers have hot water. it's a great choice for families looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The rooms at Fishtail Hostel Phuket in Karon are really cool! They have air conditioning, which is absolutely necessary in the hot weather. Plus, some rooms even have a sea view, and who doesn't love waking up to that?

Personally, I'm not a fan of the shared bathroom. But hey, some people might not mind it at all!

I recently stayed at Fishtail Hostel in Phuket for my slow travel experience. The location is excellent, right at Karon beach, offering beautiful beach views. The property was clean and well-maintained with comfortable beds and white bedsheets. The staff was very helpful and provided useful information before my arrival. The hostel also had refillable water and a fridge for guests. a great experience!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
